What is an Adventure Sail?

An Adventure Sail is a hands-on sailing experience offered by three visiting tall ships.

Become part of the crew of Brockville’s tall ships, Fair Jeanne and Black Jack and visiting St. Lawrence II for an immersive tall ship adventure.  During this hands-on experience you will take the helm, set the sails, learn about reading charts and experience first hand how to sail a tall ship. This is your opportunity to live the adventure of tall ship sailing!  Sail “trainees” must be aged 12+ and be able to move around the ship without mobility aids.  Closed-toe, flat, rubber soled shoes are required.

This is not a sightseeing or pleasure cruise but a hands-on sailing experience.

What are the dates and times of the Adventure Sails?

What is the cost of a Hands On Sailing Adventure?

We are pleased to be able to offer the adventure sail at the same rate as our other sail out cruises, at $40 per person (plus applicable fees).
